By using Resulink you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Resulink is a free web service for creating one-page resume pages and sharing them via unique links.
You own your resume content. You grant Resulink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display that content at the link URL you create, for as long as the link exists. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.
Do not use Resulink to impersonate others, distribute malware, harass anyone, scrape or abuse other people's links, or break any applicable law.
Resulink offers AI-assisted features that use third-party AI providers. AI output is best-effort and may be wrong, incomplete, misleading, or biased. You assume all risk of relying on AI output and are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying everything before sharing or submitting it anywhere.
Tips are processed by Stripe. They are voluntary, non-refundable, and create no obligation, service guarantee, or special status of any kind.
Resulink may suspend or terminate any account or remove any content that violates these Terms, at its discretion, without notice. You may delete your account and links at any time.
Resulink has no liability for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to outages of hosting, authentication, AI, payment, or email providers, network failures, natural disasters, government action, or any other cause that could not reasonably be anticipated or prevented.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. RESULINK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, FREEDOM FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RESULINK OR ITS OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT RESULINK HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages, so portions of the above may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision shall be modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
Resulink may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
