This Privacy Policy explains what data Resulink ("Resulink", "we", "us") collects when you use the service at resulink.app, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using Resulink you agree to this policy.
When you use Resulink's AI features, the content you provide (uploaded file, pasted text, or career description) is sent to a third-party AI provider for processing. Currently we use Google's AI services; we may use additional providers in the future. The relevant provider's terms apply to that processing. If you do not want your resume sent to any AI provider, you can edit your resume manually instead of using AI features.
We share data with third-party services only as needed to run Resulink. The ones you actively choose to use are:
We also use standard infrastructure providers for hosting, database, analytics, and email delivery. We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and an anonymous identifier cookie for usage analytics. We do not use advertising cookies.
You may request access to your data, deletion of your account and all associated links, or correction of inaccurate information. Deleting your account removes your resume content from our active database. Use the contact form to make a request.
Resulink is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data through Resulink, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be highlighted on the home page.
